I don't really make special sites, all sites I make are based on the same template...

in other words they are all the same as these ones that you can get from this site, the difference is only in the content/topic and the banner.

I don't mind making a site on the topic of poker and have it here for everyone to download for free, just give me a day or two and I'll have it here, I might even make a set [poker/casino/gambling].

But I guess if you want one just for your own and don't mind this same template, you can have one for $5, however you must provide me with articles and a banner.

The articles are the hard part to get, I do have a few but I am using them for these sites here so that everyone can have them.
In any case look back in a little bit and if I get some time I'll make the new sites and have them here.

Hi dickson, yep the site is very unassuming as I don't really care if people come to see it or not ;)
I use it as a place to store my stuff and info that I need after reformatting or at other times and now I added these templates so that I might get some backlinks, maybe...
Anyway, the idea with these sites/templates is that you download them all and add your adsense code to each one. Why just use one?
Since it takes about 3 minutes to set up each site, why not use them all.
The more sites the better, right?
For instance you can have:

etc etc.
As to your questions..
1. how do i edit the template?
If you don't know CSS and HTML I suggest you *don't edit the templates*.
Why not cut your losses and simply learn to add ads to the templates and then drive traffic to the sites?
Then if you start getting some adsense clicks your excitement grows and you might want to do some further work, maybe start visiting http://www.w3schools.com/
One step at the time and one day you will be able to edit templates too, just start from the beginning :)

2. How do i embed the affiliate links or offers into the webpage?
you just place your code in the "inc" files using notepad and upload it to a server. It takes maybe 60 seconds.

3. How do i upload the content by FTP to the hosting account?
Here's a few sites you might want to read:

Basically you just install a simple and free ftp program and then log into your server and drag and drop the sites to it.

Don't forget you can take off the Further Resources backlink. All the others have to stay in place, that's the main reason I am doing all this work, for a few backlinks so as to make people sebmit more articles to the article donor sites..

Hi Joe, I did one for you. I am busy doing other stuff so I didn't have time to go over the articles and their formatting is a bit odd but it didn't come out too bad.
I made some sort of Porsche header and used site colours that I got from the original Porsche logo.
This site also has a Porsche logo on all pages, I added that so as to give it a further Porsche feel to it.
Metatags have also been mildly customized to Porsche.
